Installation instructions:

1. Down load the zip files
1.1 AccessRuntime.zip 
1.2 CompetitionsApp4p0.zip

2. Unzip the contents to a local folder.

3. Install the Access run time, by double clicking on the 'AccessRuntime.exe' file. If the PC has Access already installed, this need not be done. 

4. Open the 'App4p0.mdb' file by double clicking.
